Buy & Win Hi Top Tea (Lucky Draw)

  1. Buy & Win Hi Top Tea campaign is organized by Enrico’s Raviraj Sdn Bhd and is open to all Malaysian
  2. Participants can purchase any size of Hi Top Tea  (100g, 200g or 400g) to participate in this campaign
  3. The campaign is from 25th June to 31st October 2022.
  4. To participate – Participants are required to scan Hi Top Tea QR Code (available at Enrico’s website, Hi Top Tea sample, Hi Top Tea road cruiser, and Enrico’s social platform) followed with filing up the details and upload purchase proof
  5. The purchase receipt should be from 25th June to 31st October 2022. Participant can submit multiple entries, but will be entitled to one Prize.
  6. The organizer will conduct 3 lucky draw event during the campaign (Facebook live)
  7. 9 lucky winners will be selected throughout the campaign
  8. Lucky draw dates will be shared in Enrico’s Facebook page
  9. Each lucky draw winner will receive 12 boxes of Hi Top Tea 200g and a Hi Top Tea Jar.
  10. Lucky draw winners must provide the following details to claim the prize

Full Name, IC Number, Contact Number, House Address, Email ID

  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs to the prizes during the delivery process. Any other additional costs (i.e. travel expenses, transportation cost, duties
  2. The award of prizes will be subject to verification to the full satisfaction of Enrico’s Raviraj. Participants agree that by participating in the Contest, should they be chosen as the Prize winner of the Contest, the Prize Winner shall execute all further information and deeds as Enrico’s Raviraj deems necessary to effect, perfect, record, or register the Prize Winner’s redemption and ownership of the prize. Upon successful verification, the winners will be contacted regarding the method of how the prize will be received, which is subject to Enrico’s Raviraj sole discretion. In the event the Prize Winner is unable to comply with the above mentioned requirements within Enrico’s Raviraj stipulated timeline, Enrico’s Raviraj reserves the right to elect a new winner.
  3. PDPA Clause: By submitting an entry, the participant will grant the organiser an exclusive right and copyright to use the entry materials for archive, promotional or commercial use.

DATA COLLECTION POLICY

INTRODUCTION

  1. RAVIRAJ SDN BHD including its subsidiaries, associated companies, affiliates, successors, assigns, and licensees (hereinafter collectively referred to as “RAVIRAJ SDN BHD”) is committed in safeguarding the privacy of your Personal Data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).

Accordingly, this Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is formulated with the purpose to explain to you RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s practices in the collection, usage, recording, retention, and disclosure (collectively referred to as “Process”) of your Personal Data and is to be read together with other privacy terms and conditions prescribed by RAVIRAJ SDN BHD, from time to time.

For the purposes of this Notice, “Personal Data” means information and expressions of opinions relating to you, whether directly or indirectly, which you have provided to RAVIRAJ SDN BHD, such as your name, address, telephone number, NRIC No., email address, personal preferences, cookies, IP addresses, social media details, content preferences, bank account information, photographs, images, recordings and any other information and/or expressions of opinions which may identify you.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND THE SOURCE

  1. RAVIRAJ SDN BHD is required to Process your Personal Data, to the extent that is necessary in order for us to deal purposes stipulated in paragraphs 11 and 12 below including:
    1. To deal with your inquiries;
    2. Communicate with you;
    3. To generally provide you with our services and facilities including providing you the latest updates in activities, promotions, offers, events, shows, etc.; and
    4. To allow full functioning of RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s brands websites or RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s Brand’s Pages that are available in social media websites such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (“Pages”).
  • As such, by engaging RAVIRAJ SDN BHD for the purposes stipulated in paragraphs 11 and 12 including:
  1. to provide you with our services and facilities; or
  2. by communicating with RAVIRAJ SDN BHD either at our place of business, shows, events, facilities or otherwise; or
  3. visiting or browsing RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s Website or Pages; you have consented to the Processing of your Personal Data by RAVIRAJ SDN BHD and its Personnel, whether working directly or indirectly for RAVIRAJ SDN BHD and regardless of location the individuals are working from and the nature of the contract, including employees, officers, and contract for services such as agents, contractors, consultants, freelancers,  casual or temporary workers and service providers (collectively referred to as “Personnel”).
  • In addition to the Personal Data you provided to RAVIRAJ SDN BHD directly (i.e. during your communications and relationship with RAVIRAJ SDN BHD, or when you engage RAVIRAJ SDN BHD to provide facilities or services or otherwise), RAVIRAJ SDN BHD may also collect your Personal Data from a variety of sources, including without limitation from:

    8. To provide information to regulatory and governmental authorities in order to comply with statutory and government requirements;

  1. Other than the purposes stated above, RAVIRAJ SDN BHD may also Process your Personal Data for the following purposes:
    1. To send you materials such as articles, newsletters, write-ups, digital content as well as other updates; and
    2. To distribute information or details of arts, activities, concerts, conferences, events, exhibitions, fairs, festivals, musicals, plays, productions, programs, recitals, screening, shows, talks, and workshops, whether organized or sponsored by RAVIRAJ SDN BHD or other third party, which may be of interest to you,

by way of email or  mail. Please be rest assured that RAVIRAJ SDN BHD will ask for your consent before processing your Personal Data for purposes other than those that are set out in this Notice and in the terms in your agreements with RAVIRAJ SDN BHD, if any. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

  1. To the extent necessary for the purposes provided above, RAVIRAJ SDN BHD may be required or need to disclose your Personal Data to the following third parties (non-exhaustive and hereinafter referred to as “Authorized Third Parties”):

It does not cover third party websites to which we provide links, even if such sites are co-branded with our logo. RAVIRAJ SDN BHD does not share your Personal Data with third party websites. RAVIRAJ SDN BHD is not responsible for the privacy and conduct practices of these third party websites and you should read the privacy policies of the same before disclosing your Personal Data to the said third party websites.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

As RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s information technology storage facilities and servers and/or Authorized Third Parties may be located in other jurisdictions, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored, used and processed in a jurisdiction other than Malaysia. Further, your Personal Data may be transferred out of Malaysia for the purposes as described above. You understand and consent to the transfer of your Personal Data out of Malaysia as described herein.

Please further note, RAVIRAJ SDN BHD may not be able to: (a) communicate with you; (b) provide you the services and facilities you require; or (c) allow full functioning access to certain sections of RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s Website or Pages where log in is required should you exercise you rights to limit the Processing of your Personal Data or the withdrawal of your consent RAVIRAJ SDN BHD to the Processing of your Personal Data.

JURISDICTION AND THE PREVALENCE OF THE ENGLISH NOTICE

  1. This Notice is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. You hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Should In the event of any conflict between the English and other language versions, the English version shall prevail.

REVISION

  1. RAVIRAJ SDN BHD reserves the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Notice at any time by placing the updated Notice on the Website.  By continuing to engage RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s services and facilities, or by continuing communications with RAVIRAJ SDN BHD either at our place of business, shows, events, facilities or otherwise, or visiting or browsing RAVIRAJ SDN BHD’s Website or Pages  following the modifications, updates or amendments to this Notice, you shall be deemed to have accepted such modifications, updates or amendments.
