Game Contest – Official Terms & Conditions
Organiser: Raviraj Sdn Bhd (Enrico’s)
Campaign: Catch Pannu, Match Pannu, Win Pannu
Total Prize Pool: RM35,000 worth of prizes

1. Eligibility
1.1. The contest is open to Malaysian citizens and legal residents of Malaysia.
1.2. Participants below 18 years old must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian.
1.3. Each participant must register using accurate and complete personal information.

2. Registration & Participation
2.1. Participation is free. No purchase is required.
2.2. Participants must scan the official Enrico’s contest QR code and complete the registration process.
2.3. Participants must provide the required information, which may include their full name, mobile number and email address.
2.4. Each participant is allowed only one registered account. Duplicate or fraudulent registrations may be disqualified.
2.5. Participants can play the game using a compatible smartphone with an internet connection.
2.6. Participants are allowed unlimited game attempts throughout the contest period.
2.7. Only each participant's highest valid total score from a single attempt across all three levels will be recorded on the leaderboard.
2.8. Scores from different attempts cannot be combined to achieve the minimum qualifying score.

3. Game Rules
The contest consists of three levels, each with a time limit of 30 seconds.
Level 1 – Catch & Win
• Catch Enrico’s Ghee tins and gift boxes using the basket.
• Collect as many eligible items as possible within 30 seconds.
• Points will be awarded according to the game's scoring system.
Level 2 – Puzzle Time
• Complete the Enrico’s Ghee jigsaw puzzle.
• Participants have 30 seconds to complete the puzzle.
• Performance will be recorded according to the game's scoring system.
Level 3 – Match & Win
• Match the food items with the correct products.
• Complete as many correct matches as possible within 30 seconds.
• Points will be awarded based on correct matches according to the game's scoring system.

4. Scoring & Lucky Draw Eligibility
4.1. Participants must complete all three game levels to qualify for the Lucky Draw.
4.2. Participants must achieve a minimum total score of 1,500 points across all three levels in a single attempt to qualify for the Spin the Wheel Lucky Draw.
4.3. Participants who score fewer than 1,500 points may continue playing until they achieve the minimum qualifying score.
4.4. Participants are allowed unlimited attempts, and only their highest valid total score will be counted towards their leaderboard ranking.
4.5. The leaderboard will display participant rankings based on their highest valid total scores, from highest to lowest.
4.6. All participants who achieve at least 1,500 points will qualify for the Spin the Wheel Lucky Draw, regardless of their leaderboard ranking.
4.7. Higher leaderboard rankings do not provide additional Lucky Draw entries or increase a participant's chances of winning.
4.8. Each eligible participant will receive only one Lucky Draw entry, regardless of the number of attempts made or total points scored.
4.9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify participants found to have manipulated scores, submitted duplicate registrations or violated the contest rules.

5. Spin the Wheel Lucky Draw & Winner Selection
5.1. All eligible participants who achieve a minimum total score of 1,500 points will be entered into the Spin the Wheel Lucky Draw.
5.2. The Lucky Draw will be conducted through a random Spin the Wheel selection process during Enrico’s Official Facebook Live.
5.3. Lucky Draw Details:
• Date: Tuesday, 3 November 2026
• Time: 8:00 PM (Malaysia Time)
• Platform: Enrico’s Official Facebook Page (Facebook Live)
• Selection Method: Spin the Wheel Lucky Draw
5.4. Winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants through the Spin the Wheel during the Facebook Live session.
5.5. Every eligible participant will have an equal chance of being selected, regardless of leaderboard ranking, provided that each participant has only one valid entry.
5.6. Achieving 1,500 points qualifies a participant for the Lucky Draw but does not guarantee winning a prize.
5.7. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of selected winners before confirming any prize.
5.8. The total prize pool is worth RM35,000, subject to the official prize breakdown announced by the Organiser.
5.9. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the prize is specifically designated as a cash prize.
5.10. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equivalent value if reasonably necessary.

6. Winner Announcement & Prize Collection
6.1. Lucky Draw winners will be announced during Enrico’s Facebook Live on 3 November 2026 at 8:00 PM.
6.2. Winners will also be contacted using the contact information provided during registration.
6.3. Winners may be required to provide valid identification and supporting information for prize verification.
6.4. Winners must claim their prizes within the official claim period announced by the Organiser.
6.5. Failure to respond or claim a prize within the specified period may result in prize forfeiture.
6.6. The Organiser may select replacement winners through a further random draw if any prize is forfeited or a selected winner is disqualified.
6.7. Prize collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated directly to confirmed winners.

7. Fair Play & Disqualification
7.1. Participants must play fairly and must not use bots, scripts, hacking tools or other unauthorised methods.
7.2. False registration information, impersonation or fraudulent activity may result in disqualification.
7.3. The Organiser may investigate suspicious results and remove invalid scores from the leaderboard.
7.4. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel invalid Lucky Draw entries resulting from technical manipulation or fraudulent activity.

8. Personal Data & Publicity
8.1. Personal information collected will be used to administer the contest, verify participants, contact winners and arrange prize fulfilment.
8.2. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Malaysian personal data protection laws and the Organiser's privacy notice.
8.3. Winners may be invited to participate in promotional photography, video recordings or publicity activities, subject to applicable consent requirements.
8.4. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact information is accurate and up to date.

9. General Conditions
9.1. The Organiser may amend the contest mechanics, schedule or Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary, with appropriate notice.
9.2. The Organiser is not responsible for technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues or device incompatibility.
9.3. The Organiser's decisions regarding verified scores, eligibility and winner selection shall be final, subject to applicable law.
9.4. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
9.5. This promotion is organised by Raviraj Sdn Bhd and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.
9.6. By participating in the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
